- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery and deli department, including display cases, shelves, and workstations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure products are safe for consumption.
- Prepare and package bakery and deli items according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking products.
- Assist with pricing and labeling products accurately.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations in the bakery and deli department.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to answer customer questions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
