- Monitor and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of team members and customers.
- Conduct regular patrols of the store to identify and address potential security risks.
- Monitor CCTV footage and respond to any suspicious or criminal activity.
- Act as a visible presence in the store, deterring theft and other criminal activities.
- Collaborate with store management to develop and implement effective security strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of all security incidents and report any unusual or suspicious activities.
- Train and educate team members on safety and security protocols and procedures.
- Conduct thorough investigations of any incidents or losses, and provide detailed reports.
- Work closely with law enforcement agencies when necessary and assist in the prosecution of any criminal activity.
- Continuously stay updated on industry best practices and implement new security measures as needed.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, team members, and law enforcement personnel.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Act as a role model for team members by demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to safety and security.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns related to safety and security.
- Proactively identify potential security risks and take necessary precautions to prevent them.
Knowledge Of Store Security Protocols: A Qualified Asset Protection Specialist At Ralphs Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Store Security Protocols, Including Surveillance Systems, Alarm Systems, And Loss Prevention Strategies.
Prior Experience In Asset Protection: Ralphs Seeks Candidates With Previous Experience In Asset Protection Or Loss Prevention, Preferably In A Retail Environment.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An Asset Protection Specialist, Effective Communication Is Essential In Handling Potential Theft Or Other Security Issues. Candidates Should Have Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills And The Ability To Work Well With Others.
