Pharmacy Technician

- Assist pharmacists in dispensing medications accurately and safely.
- Verify and fill prescriptions, ensuring proper medication and dosage.
- Communicate with customers and answer any questions or concerns regarding their medications.
- Maintain and organize pharmacy inventory, including ordering and stocking medications.
- Process insurance claims and assist with billing procedures.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols in handling medications.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with other pharmacy team members to ensure efficient workflow and quality patient care.
- Stay updated on new medications, regulations, and industry developments.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Complete all required training and continuing education courses.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Pharmacy Technician At Raley's Supermarkets Must Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Shows That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Can Handle Tasks That Require Basic Reading, Writing, And Math Skills.
State Pharmacy Technician License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid State Pharmacy Technician License To Be Considered For A Pharmacy Technician Position At Raley's Supermarkets.
