3. Create and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment for the floral team, promoting open communication and teamwork.

8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
9. Ensure that all floral products are properly cared for and maintained, and that the department is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
10. Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make adjustments to maximize profitability.
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation regulations, to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
12. Represent the company in a positive and professional manner, both within the store and in the community.
