As the Floral Team Lead, you will be leading a team of talented floral designers and ensuring that our customers are always delighted with the vibrant and stunning arrangements in our stores. We are looking for a passionate and creative individual with experience in floral design and leadership. - Oversee and manage all aspects of the floral department, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
- Train and supervise a team of floral designers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to create beautiful arrangements and provide excellent customer service.
- Create and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment for the floral team, promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Take responsibility for the overall presentation and merchandising of the floral department, ensuring it meets the company's standards for quality and aesthetics.
- Develop and implement creative and innovative strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about current floral trends, techniques, and products, and share this information with the team.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and purchasing, to plan and execute promotions and events that showcase the floral department.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that all floral products are properly cared for and maintained, and that the department is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make adjustments to maximize profitability.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation regulations, to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner, both within the store and in the community.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Experience In Floral Design And Arrangement, Preferably In A Retail Or Grocery Store Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Floral Product And Seasonal Trends, As Well As An Eye For Creative And Visually Appealing Displays.
Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills To Assist Customers With Their Floral Needs And Provide Guidance To Other Team Members.
Proven Leadership Experience, Including The Ability To Train And Supervise Team Members, Delegate Tasks, And Manage Schedules And Inventory.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Best Practices For Maintaining The Quality And Freshness Of Floral Products, As Well As Proper Care And Handling Techniques.
