- Ensure that all floral arrangements are made with fresh and high-quality flowers.
- Train new team members on proper techniques for floral arrangement and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies to maintain a fully stocked and visually appealing department.
- Oversee the scheduling of team members to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with floral needs and special requests.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continually improve the floral department.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to showcase the beauty of the floral department.
- Collaborate with other departments to create cross-merchandising opportunities and drive sales.
- Resolve any customer complaints or concerns related to the floral department in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.

Supervisory Experience: Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Floral Setting, Is Essential For A Floral Team Lead. This Includes The Ability To Train And Manage A Team, Delegate Tasks, And Ensure Efficient Workflow.
Floral Design Skills: Strong Knowledge And Expertise In Floral Design Is A Must For A Floral Team Lead. This Includes The Ability To Create Unique And Aesthetically Pleasing Arrangements, Knowledge Of Different Types Of Flowers And Their Care, And The Ability To Create Displays That Attract Customers.
Customer Service Skills: As A Floral Team Lead, It Is Important To Have Excellent Customer Service Skills. This Includes The Ability To Interact With Customers In A Friendly And Professional Manner, Meet Their Needs And Preferences, And Handle Any Customer Complaints Or Issues Effectively.
