- Create and maintain a welcoming and exceptional shopping experience for all customers.
- Lead and motivate a team of floral department employees to achieve sales and customer service goals.
- Oversee the daily operations of the floral department, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining inventory.
- Design and create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements.
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all floral products.
- Train and develop team members on proper floral care techniques and customer service skills.
- Monitor and maintain department cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with other departments to create cross-merchandising opportunities.
- Communicate with management regarding sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Stay informed about market trends and adjust product offerings accordingly.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including sales and inventory reports.

Floral Design Experience: A Floral Team Lead At Raley's Supermarkets Should Have A Strong Background In Floral Design, Including Knowledge Of Different Types Of Flowers, Color Schemes, And Arrangement Techniques.
Leadership Skills: As A Team Lead, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Managing And Training A Team Of Floral Associates. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Such As Communication, Delegation, And Problem-Solving.
