- Train, coach, and mentor team members in floral design techniques, customer service, and sales strategies.
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the floral department, including inventory management, ordering and receiving of products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with other departments within the store to ensure seamless execution of events and promotions.
- Maintain a high level of customer service by providing helpful and knowledgeable assistance to customers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving department performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of products.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new floral design techniques, and share knowledge with the team to continuously improve the department's offerings.
