Job Description

In this role, you will oversee a team of customer service representatives and ensure that our customers receive the best shopping experience possible.   1. Oversee a team of customer service representatives and ensure that they are providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  2. Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to provide excellent customer service.
  3. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance and maintain high standards.
  4. Serve as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent customer service skills and leading by example.
  5. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers by greeting them and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
  6. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience.
  9. Manage scheduling and staffing for the customer service team to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  11. Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers with their inquiries.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
  13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.
  14. Communicate effectively with upper management to provide updates on team performance and any issues or concerns.
  15. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  16. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and promotes employee engagement.
  17. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer service experience.
