As a Courtesy Clerk, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers by providing assistance with bagging groceries, retrieving carts, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store. We are looking for someone who is motivated, reliable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. 1. Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with any questions or needs they may have.
2. Bag groceries for customers and offer assistance with carrying out their purchases.
3. Maintain a clean and organized store by regularly retrieving carts from the parking lot and keeping aisles and checkout areas free of clutter.
4. Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction by going above and beyond to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
6. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to keep up with the flow of customers and maintain a high level of productivity.
