- Provide exceptional customer service to all Raley's Supermarkets customers.
- Assist the Team Lead in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the store.
- Train and develop team members on customer service, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.
- Act as a role model for team members by consistently demonstrating excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and restocking products as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Assist with scheduling and managing the team's work schedule to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations.
- Collaborate with other team leads and managers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Follow all safety and security procedures and report any safety hazards or incidents to management.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
- Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Lead or store management.
Previous Leadership Experience: An Ideal Candidate For An Assistant Team Lead Position At Raley's Supermarkets Should Have Previous Experience In A Leadership Role, Whether It Be In A Retail Setting Or Another Industry.
