  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Raley's Supermarkets customers.
  2. Assist the Team Lead in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the store.
  3. Train and develop team members on customer service, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.
  4. Act as a role model for team members by consistently demonstrating excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and restocking products as needed.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
  8. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  9. Assist with scheduling and managing the team's work schedule to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
  10. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, goals, and expectations.
  11. Collaborate with other team leads and managers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  12. Follow all safety and security procedures and report any safety hazards or incidents to management.
  13. Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
  15. Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Lead or store management.
