
Assistant Team Lead

- Assist in leading and managing a team of employees to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
- Contribute to the success of the store and company by achieving sales goals, managing inventory levels, and monitoring expenses.
- Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team leads and management to develop and implement strategies for improving store operations and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Lead by example by demonstrating excellent work ethic, teamwork, and communication skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and promotions to provide customers with accurate and helpful information.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Continuously evaluate and provide feedback to team members to promote their growth and development.
- Assist in conducting team meetings and providing training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Proven Leadership Abilities And Experience Managing A Team.
