1. Assist in leading and managing a team of employees to ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
2. Contribute to the success of the store and company by achieving sales goals, managing inventory levels, and monitoring expenses.
3. Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
4. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.
5. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
7. Collaborate with other team leads and management to develop and implement strategies for improving store operations and customer satisfaction.
8. Assist in scheduling and assigning tasks to team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
9. Lead by example by demonstrating excellent work ethic, teamwork, and communication skills.
10. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and promotions to provide customers with accurate and helpful information.
11. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
12. Continuously evaluate and provide feedback to team members to promote their growth and development.
13. Assist in conducting team meetings and providing training opportunities to improve team performance.
14. Act as a role model for exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times.
