We are looking for a passionate and motivated Service Operation Manager - ( Incident Management) to join our team at Rackspace. You will be responsible for leading our incident management services and developing strategies to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality customer service.We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You will be required to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical field, with at least 2 years of experience managing incident management services. In addition, you should have a strong understanding of IT service operations, ITIL principles, and best practices.We are looking for a true leader who has the drive and determination to lead our incident management services to success. You should be able to think strategically, as well as make sound decisions in a timely manner. A confident and enthusiastic individual, you should be able to take the initiative and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.If you have the required qualifications and a passion for service excellence, we would love to hear from you.
