Service Director

We are looking for an experienced Service Director to join our team at Rackspace and drive operational excellence in our global service organization. As a Service Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the service strategy, as well as managing and growing the service portfolio.To succeed in this role, you should have:• At least 8 years of experience in a customer service and/or operations management role• Proven experience in developing, implementing and managing service operations strategies• Excellent knowledge of customer service technology and processes• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• A track record of success in service operations and customer service improvement• An ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners• A strong commitment to developing and executing service strategies that improve customer satisfaction• A passion for relentlessly driving service excellenceIf you have the drive and ambition to lead our service organization to success, we’d love to hear from you!
