Job Description

Are you a technical problem solver who loves helping customers succeed? Then this may be the perfect position for you!We’re looking for an experienced Customer Success System Engineer to join our team at Rackspace. In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing technical assistance to customers, ensuring their success with our products and services. You’ll also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise and communicating with our customers to ensure their satisfaction. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in customer service, system engineering, and problem-solving. You must also be a great communicator, both verbally and in writing, and have a good understanding of Linux and scripting. Having an understanding of public cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and automation technologies is also a plus. If you have a passion for helping customers reach their goals and the required qualifications, then we’d love to hear from you!
