Job Description

Rackspace is seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Technician. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and requests in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. You will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of an Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Additionally, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a customer service role, preferably in the IT industry. Proficiency in modern service management software and experience with Windows and Linux operating systems is also highly desirable.If you have the qualifications to excel in this role and are looking to join a team of dedicated professionals in a customer-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.
