Director - Global Diversity & Inclusion

The Director Global Diversity and Inclusion is responsible for designing, developing and directing the delivery of QRG’s Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) framework and strategy, in partnership with the company’s executive team. Leads and manages the Global D&I Leadership Council made up of 15-20 senior leaders, primarily Director+, representing all brands, markets and functions designed to accelerate and champion D&I progress in key areas of opportunity. Defines and implements effective measures to monitor organizational performance and progress. Partner with key stakeholders across the enterprise to launch and support (initiative guidance, budget support, membership criteria/guidelines etc.) the local activation of initiatives – including local Diversity & Inclusion Advancement Committees and Team Member Resource Groups. Develops and manages strategic partnerships with industry subject matter experts (e.g. consultants, speakers, and external diversity partners) to support key business initiatives. Scan external research and best practices to bring new ideas into the organization. Regularly communicate with Executive Leadership team on enterprise program strategy, direction, change, measures and results. Supports the expansion and visibility of D&I initiatives across all QRG brands, functions, and geographies. Collaborate with People Leads, People & Org resources, and COE teams to assess QRG’s needs that support integrated D&I related talent solutions and responses to specific issues and events.
