Sales Support Analyst
The primary responsibility of the Sales Support Analyst is to support the Software Sales and Renewals organizations through customer, operational and business support. Responsible for completing tasks that aid in timely support of Sales and Renewals teams by adhering to processes and procedures relating to pricing quotes, order fulfilment, license transfers/name changes, asset management, and communication. Provide business support for internal teams to ensure efficient completion of requests. Includes but not limited to building complex quotes (Enterprise License Agreements, Compliance, Upgrades, Swaps), and confirming suitability of order documentation. Coordinate with other departments to secure needed deliverables. Coordinate with Legal team to ensure documents are up to date and applicable.
1-3 years of experience building quotes with Salesforce CPQ or Steelbrick CPQ
MSP business experience a plus
Ability to work in a high pressure and fast changing environment
Pro-active work style with the desire to optimize internal processes
4-6 years related experience in similar position supporting sales organization
