Enterprise Data Specialist
The Enterprise Data Specialist will play a key role working as part of a fast paced enterprise focused team that is tasked with planning, execution, testing and deploying enterprise data conversions on large integration projects and business acquisitions. Engage with senior business stakeholders to gather/analyze requirements and map them to solutions consistent with overall enterprise objectives. Work with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data. Establish KPIs to measure the quality of Quest’s enterprise data. Build data conversion scripts that transform data from acquired sources into Quest standards. Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings. Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients. Perform related data monitoring, data maintenance, and data administration tasks.
5+ years of relevant experience
Must have a strong customer satisfaction mindset
Familiarity with Sales, CPQ, Customer Service and Marketing business processes
Ability to work in high-pressure situations
