Sr. Manager, Robotics Automation

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, design, and integration of robotic solutions while managing personnel and resources.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in robotics automation. They should have knowledge of relevant robotic technologies, as well as strong project management, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for automation across Quest Diagnostics.
2. Oversee the implementation, design, and integration of robotic solutions while managing personnel and resources.
3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of robotic solutions, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize the efficiency of robotic processes.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful automation projects.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant robotic technologies and industry trends.
6. Provide training and guidance to team members in order to ensure successful robotic automation.
7. Prepare and present reports to senior management on the progress and performance of robotics automation.
8. Monitor budget and resources to ensure successful robotic automation projects.
9. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.
