  1. Develop and implement company-wide EHS policies and procedures in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
  3. Provide guidance and training to employees on safe work practices and EHS regulations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety improvement initiatives.
  5. Investigate and report on incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  6. Monitor and analyze EHS data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for all EHS-related matters, both internally and externally.
  8. Manage relationships with regulatory agencies and ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  9. Stay up-to-date on new and emerging EHS regulations and best practices, and make recommendations for implementation.
  10. Lead emergency response and crisis management efforts, including developing and implementing emergency preparedness plans.
  11. Develop and manage EHS training programs for all employees, including new hire orientation and annual refresher training.
  12. Mentor and supervise junior EHS staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  13. Collaborate with HR to ensure EHS compliance in all aspects of employee health and safety, including workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
  14. Promote a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.
  15. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed on current trends and best practices in EHS.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience Developing And Implementing Ehs Policies, Procedures, And Training Programs.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Health And Safety Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Regulations Related To Environmental Health And Safety.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
