  7. Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for growth.
  8. Provide guidance and expertise to the executive leadership team on M&A activity and potential opportunities.
  9. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory and competitive landscape.
  10. Oversee the integration of acquired companies and ensure alignment with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
  11. Monitor and report on the progress of M&A deals and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  12. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to network and promote our M&A activities.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve the M&A process and make recommendations for best practices.
  14. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
