- Participate in quality control and quality assurance measures to maintain the accuracy and integrity of specimens.

Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Cpt) Credential From A Recognized Accrediting Agency, Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha).
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A High-Volume Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Phlebotomy Techniques, Including Venipuncture, Capillary Puncture, And Specimen Handling And Processing.
Familiarity With Medical Terminology And Laboratory Procedures, Including Blood Draws, Specimen Labeling, And Centrifugation.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Healthcare Providers, And Laboratory Staff In A Professional And Courteous Manner.
