- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate specimen processing and testing.
- Handle difficult or sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.
- Represent Quest Diagnostics in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Minimum Of 2 Years Experience As A Phlebotomist In A Clinical Or Laboratory Setting.
Certified Phlebotomy Technician (Cpt) Designation From A Recognized Accrediting Agency.
Thorough Understanding And Adherence To All Safety And Quality Control Procedures Related To Blood Collection And Handling.
Excellent Communication Skills, Including The Ability To Interact Effectively With Patients, Medical Staff And Coworkers.
Flexibility To Work Various Shifts, Including Weekends And Holidays, As Needed.
