
Phlebotomist

Our ideal candidate will have excellent technical and customer service skills, and will be able to provide a positive and professional experience to our patients. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, at least one year of experience in venipuncture, and the ability to consistently perform high quality customer service. Additionally, the ideal candidate must be organized, dependable, and have the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision. We are looking for an individual who is warm, compassionate, and truly enjoys working with people. The ideal candidate must also have strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks. Responsibilities:
- Provide high quality customer service to patients in a professional and personable manner
- Perform venipuncture procedures with accuracy and precision
- Maintain a safe and sterile environment
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws
- Follow established protocols for specimen collection, labeling, packaging, and delivery
- Accurately document collected specimens and other relevant information
- Maintain professional communication with staff and patients
- Work effectively and efficiently, with minimal supervision
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and respect for patients' concerns
- Follow safety procedures and utilize appropriate safety equipment
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
