Quest Diagnostics is looking for a reliable and experienced Phlebotomist to join our team.As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner. You will also be expected to ensure patient safety and satisfaction by providing quality service and following all safety guidelines.The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid Phlebotomy Technician Certificate, and at least one year of phlebotomy experience. Knowledge of medical terminology, laboratory procedures, and safety protocols is also required. Responsibilities: • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and accurate manner • Ensure patient safety and satisfaction by providing quality service and following all safety guidelines • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, laboratory procedures, and safety protocols • Maintain a professional attitude and appearance • Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues • Maintain a clean and organized work space • Adhere to all company policies and procedures • Follow up with patients to answer any questions or concerns they may have
