Responsibilities:

1. Draw blood from patients in a safe and efficient manner
2. Provide compassionate care to patients
3. Follow proper safety and infection control protocols
4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and test results
5. Perform laboratory tests as needed
6. Ensure that all equipment is properly sanitized and sterilized
7. Assist with inventory and stocking of supplies
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area
9. Manage patient flow to ensure maximum efficiency
10. Follow all HIPAA regulations and guidelines
11. Answer inquiries from patients and staff regarding laboratory services
12. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
