  1. Manage and maintain all aspects of the company's payroll systems, specifically focusing on time and attendance.
  2. Develop and implement efficient and accurate payroll processes in compliance with company policies and regulations.
  3. Stay up-to-date on all relevant payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance and make necessary adjustments to processes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
  5. Monitor and analyze payroll data to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
  6. Create and maintain employee records related to payroll, including time-off requests, tax withholding, and direct deposit information.
  7. Prepare and distribute accurate and timely payroll reports to management.
  8. Train and educate employees on payroll processes and procedures.
  9. Communicate with employees regarding any payroll-related inquiries or concerns.
  10. Continuously review and improve existing payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  11. Ensure data integrity and security of all payroll-related information.
  12. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll processing and reporting.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information and adhere to data privacy policies.
  14. Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in payroll processing and recommend improvements to current processes.
  15. Provide exceptional customer service to employees and stakeholders regarding payroll inquiries and issues.
  16. Participate in payroll audits and assist in the resolution of any findings.
  17. Manage and train a team of payroll specialists to ensure consistent and accurate processing of payroll data.
  18. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Payroll Management, Preferably In A Large Organization.

  • Proficiency In Payroll Systems And Software, Particularly In Time And Attendance Systems.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal And State Payroll Regulations And Compliance.

  • Excellent Organizational And Analytical Skills With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
