Board Certification In Molecular And/Or Hematopathology: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Be Board Certified In Both Molecular And Hematopathology. This Certification Ensures That The Candidate Has Undergone Rigorous Training And Has Demonstrated Expertise In Both Fields.
Previous Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting: Quest Diagnostics Is A Leading Provider Of Diagnostic Testing, And Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting Is Highly Desirable For This Position. Candidates With Previous Experience In A Similar Role Will Be Preferred.
Strong Knowledge Of Molecular And Hematopathology Techniques: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Latest Techniques And Technologies Used In Molecular And Hematopathology Testing. This Includes Proficiency In Dna Sequencing, Fish, Pcr, And Flow Cytometry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Molecular/Hematopathology Pathologist At Quest Diagnostics, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Work Closely With Other Medical Professionals And Laboratory Staff. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For This Role.
