  3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of transportation activities and report any discrepancies or issues.
  4. Communicate effectively with team members, healthcare providers, and patients to ensure timely and reliable transportation services.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed.
  6. Conduct regular maintenance checks on transportation vehicles to ensure they are in safe and working condition.
  7. Utilize GPS and other technology to plan routes and optimize transportation efficiency.
  8. Keep up-to-date with all company policies and procedures related to transportation services.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  10. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times while representing the company.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new procedures, regulations, and technologies related to medical transportation.
  13. Follow HIPAA regulations and guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality.
