• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers, answering any questions and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality, privacy, and ethical standards.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed, such as training and supervising new laboratory staff, participating in research projects, and assisting with inventory management.
