Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or Related Field: A Medical Laboratory Scientist At Quest Diagnostics Must Have A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science Or A Related Field. This Degree Provides The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform Laboratory Tests Accurately And Efficiently.
Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist: Quest Diagnostics Requires All Medical Laboratory Scientists To Be Certified By An Accredited Organization, Such As The American Society For Clinical Pathology (Ascp) Or The National Credentialing Agency For Laboratory Personnel (Nca). This Certification Demonstrates A High Level Of Competence And Proficiency In The Field.
Experience In A Clinical Laboratory Setting: A Medical Laboratory Scientist At Quest Diagnostics Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Setting.
