  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of the quality assurance process for laboratory testing, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure accuracy and precision in laboratory testing.
  3. Lead a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of performance and productivity.
  4. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, including working closely with laboratory scientists and technicians.
  6. Conduct regular audits of laboratory processes, procedures, and equipment to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  7. Stay current with industry developments and advancements in quality assurance practices and implement best practices within the organization.
  8. Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation, including standard operating procedures, quality manuals, and training materials.
  9. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CLIA and CAP guidelines.
  10. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization, promoting a patient-centric approach to laboratory testing.
  11. Represent the company in external audits and inspections, ensuring successful outcomes.
  12. Provide regular updates to senior management on quality assurance initiatives and performance.
  13. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for quality assurance-related inquiries and concerns from internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Identify and implement cost-effective measures to improve quality and efficiency in laboratory testing.
  15. Mentor and develop team members to promote growth and career advancement within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Laboratory Setting.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Quality Management Systems, Regulatory Standards, And Industry Best Practices.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Develop A Team Of Quality Professionals.
