Lead, Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you are expected to support the success of Pack Health in any and all tasks deemed critical and consistent with expectations set out by leadership and your direct manager. This position requires the ability to identify the needs of internal and external customers, identify and adopt best practices for data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of health outcomes and related health data, conduct research and analysis, and distill this into high quality reports for customers. Design KPIs and metrics to track success/ROI of Pack Health programs. Develop and apply advanced statistical models that help understand dynamic business issues. Leverage analytics strategies and techniques to use data to deliver actionable insights and guide decision-making. Design custom analyses in SQL, R, SPSS, and Looker to investigate and inform business questions. Synthesize and communicate results through oral and written presentations. Develop relationships with key business stakeholders and serve as key point of contact on all analytical questions.
