6. Maintain detailed records of laboratory test results and other related data.
7. Assist in the development and implementation of laboratory quality control and quality assurance protocols.
8. Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Troubleshoot laboratory issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
10. Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to stay abreast of new laboratory technologies.
