Lab Associate

Responsibilities: • Perform and document laboratory tests and experiments according to established protocols • Ensure accuracy and reliability of results by following quality control procedures • Maintain laboratory equipment in accordance with safety protocols • Communicate results and data with team members, supervisors, and clients • Monitor the stock levels of laboratory supplies and reorder as necessary • Follow safety protocols and adhere to all lab policies • Assist with the training and mentorship of new lab associates • Provide assistance with the development of new laboratory procedures and protocols
