Lab Assistant

Responsibilities:

1. Assist laboratory staff in performing diagnostic tests and clinical procedures.
2. Monitor, record, and manage data related to patient samples and tests.
3. Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.
4. Prepare solutions, reagents, and stains for use in laboratory testing.
5. Ensure that laboratory equipment is in proper working order and report any malfunctions.
6. Record and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.
7. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
8. Follow established safety and quality protocols.
9. Respond to patient inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary.
