- Conduct accurate and timely analysis of biological specimens for the presence and quantity of drugs and toxins.
- Ensure compliance with all laboratory procedures, quality control measures, and safety regulations.
- Utilize various analytical techniques, such as chromatography, mass spectrometry, and immunoassay, to perform testing.
- Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
- Analyze and interpret data, and report results to appropriate parties.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize laboratory processes and workflows.
- Stay updated on current trends and advancements in the field of forensic toxicology.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and chain of custody protocols to maintain the integrity of the specimens and results.
- Document and maintain accurate records of all testing procedures and results.
- Participate in proficiency testing and continuing education activities to ensure proficiency and competency in laboratory procedures.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Actively participate in and contribute to team meetings and trainings.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during testing.

Bachelor's Degree In Chemistry, Biochemistry, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 1 Year Experience Working In A Laboratory Setting, Preferably In A Forensic Toxicology Laboratory.
Knowledge Of Analytical Instruments And Techniques Used In Toxicology Testing, Such As Gas Chromatography And Mass Spectrometry.
Familiarity With Standard Operating Procedures And Quality Control Measures In A Laboratory Setting.
Strong Attention To Detail, Ability To Work With Tight Deadlines, And Excellent Organizational And Communication Skills.
