- Oversee the maintenance and operations of Quest Diagnostics facilities.
- Utilize expertise and leadership skills to ensure facilities are operating at their best.
- Develop and implement maintenance and operational procedures to maintain efficiency and functionality of facilities.
- Manage and supervise a team of facilities staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address facility needs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor and manage facility budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility repairs, renovations, and other projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, as well as equipment and supply inventory.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of staff to ensure understanding and compliance with facility policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in facilities management to continuously improve operations.
- Uphold and promote company values, mission, and goals in all aspects of the role.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management Or Related Field.
Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Discipline.
Strong Knowledge Of Building Systems And Equipment, Including Hvac, Plumbing, Electrical, And Fire Safety.
Proven Experience In Managing And Coordinating Facility Maintenance, Repairs, And Renovations.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Collaboratively With Other Departments.
