As a Facilities Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our facilities.   1. Oversee the maintenance and operation of all facilities within the organization, including offices, laboratories, and other testing sites.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and functionality of all facilities.
  3. Manage a team of facility staff, including maintenance technicians, custodial staff, and security personnel.
  4. Create and manage budgets for facility maintenance and upgrades.
  5. Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, renovations, and installations.
  6. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify any potential safety hazards or maintenance needs.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes related to facility management.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement emergency preparedness plans.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, contractors, and vendors.
  10. Identify and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and functionality of facilities.
  11. Communicate with upper management regarding facility needs, budget updates, and any significant issues or developments.
  12. Train and develop facility staff to maintain a high level of performance and professionalism.
  13. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in facility management, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
  14. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong work ethic.
  15. Ensure that all facilities uphold the company's standards of cleanliness and organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Facilities Management, Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Facilities Management, Preferably In A Healthcare Or Laboratory Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Building Codes, Safety Regulations, And Osha Requirements

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Interact With Various Departments And Vendors

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Facility Operations, Including Maintenance, Repairs, And Renovations, Within Budget And On Schedule.
