  1. Develop and implement strategies to establish and maintain strong partnerships and integrations with health systems.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and innovation in the healthcare industry.
  3. Drive the adoption of innovative technology solutions to improve patient care and outcomes.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including health system leaders and executives.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to promote the value of our partnership and integration efforts.
  8. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of our partnerships and integrations.
  9. Identify and address any challenges or issues that may arise in our partnerships and integrations.
  10. Represent Quest Diagnostics at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of technology solutions.
  12. Develop and manage budgets and resources to support partnership and integration initiatives.
  13. Advocate for the use of data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive positive change in the healthcare industry.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and drive process enhancements to optimize our partnerships and integrations.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Or Related Industry, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Role.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Laboratory Testing And Diagnostic Services, Including Proficiency In Pls (Patient Logistics Services) And Health Systems Integrations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management And Implementation Of Complex Systems And Processes.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.
