- Develop and execute a comprehensive finance transformation strategy to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance organization.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that align with company objectives.
- Evaluate existing finance processes and systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure the success of finance transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all transformation projects.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the status of finance transformation initiatives to senior leadership.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption and implementation of new processes and systems.
- Mentor and develop team members to build a high-performing and results-driven finance organization.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in finance transformation and continuous improvement, and make recommendations for incorporating them into the company's strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve cross-functional efficiency.

Extensive Experience In Finance Transformation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Leading Large-Scale Finance Transformation Initiatives In A Corporate Setting. This Includes Experience In Implementing New Financial Systems, Processes, And Technologies To Drive Efficiency And Improve The Overall Financial Performance Of The Organization.
Strong Financial Acumen: The Director, Finance Transformation & Continuous Improvement Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Financial Concepts, Principles, And Best Practices. This Includes Experience In Financial Planning And Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, And Financial Reporting.
Leadership And Change Management Skills: The Role Requires A Strong Leader Who Can Effectively Drive Change And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Developing A Team, As Well As A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Large-Scale Change Initiatives.
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Quest Diagnostics Is Committed To Continuously Improving Its Processes And Operations, And The Ideal Candidate Should Share This Mindset.
