Cytotechnologist

We are looking for an experienced Cytotechnologist to join our team at Quest Diagnostics. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent technical and communication skills. The Cytotechnologist will be responsible for performing microscopic examination of cells, reading and interpreting results, and following established protocols to ensure accurate and reliable diagnoses.To be successful in this role, a Cytotechnologist must have a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as medical technology, clinical laboratory science, or cytotechnology. In addition, they must have a minimum of one year of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, and at least one year of experience in the cytology laboratory. A working knowledge of the principles of laboratory safety and quality assurance is also essential.
