Bachelor's Degree In Medical Laboratory Science, Microbiology, Or A Related Field.
Current Certification As A Medical Laboratory Scientist (Mls) Or Medical Technologist (Mt) From A Recognized Accrediting Agency.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Microbiology Laboratory Setting.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Laboratory Techniques And Procedures, Including Aseptic Techniques, Specimen Handling, And Quality Control Measures.
Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Guidelines For Laboratory Testing, Including Clia, Cap, And Osha.
