  • Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely correlation of clinical data with laboratory results
  • Review and interpret laboratory results and clinical data to identify potential discrepancies or inconsistencies
  • Communicate any discrepancies or concerns to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
  • Work closely with laboratory and medical staff to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to clinical correlation
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all clinical correlation activities
  • Monitor and track turnaround times for clinical correlation and implement improvements as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to clinical correlation
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to clinical correlation
  • Train and educate laboratory staff on best practices for clinical correlation
  • Stay current with industry developments and advancements in clinical correlation practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Nursing, Medical Technology, Or Health Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Laboratory Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Laboratory Processes.

  • Experience In Project Management And Data Analysis, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Medical Data.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards Related To Laboratory Testing And Patient Care.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Coordinate With Healthcare Providers, Laboratory Staff, And Other Internal And External Stakeholders.
