- Collaborate with laboratory staff and healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely correlation of clinical data with laboratory results
- Review and interpret laboratory results and clinical data to identify potential discrepancies or inconsistencies
- Communicate any discrepancies or concerns to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Work closely with laboratory and medical staff to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to clinical correlation
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all clinical correlation activities
- Monitor and track turnaround times for clinical correlation and implement improvements as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to clinical correlation
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to clinical correlation
- Train and educate laboratory staff on best practices for clinical correlation
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements in clinical correlation practices.
Bachelor's Degree In A Healthcare-Related Field, Such As Nursing, Medical Technology, Or Health Sciences.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Or Laboratory Setting, With A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Laboratory Processes.
Experience In Project Management And Data Analysis, With The Ability To Interpret And Communicate Complex Medical Data.
Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Compliance Standards Related To Laboratory Testing And Patient Care.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Coordinate With Healthcare Providers, Laboratory Staff, And Other Internal And External Stakeholders.
