
Client Service Representative
At Quest Diagnostics, we are looking for an experienced and passionate Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and professional manner, and the ability to think on their feet. This role is responsible for providing a wide range of customer service and support for our clients.To be successful in this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus at least two years of experience in a customer service role. You must be highly organized, able to multitask, and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to remain calm and composed while under pressure is essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a helpful attitude, excellent listening skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.If you are a people person with excellent customer service skills and the desire to learn and grow with us, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about products and services
- Manage customer accounts and process orders
- Perform data entry and update customer information in the customer database
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace
- Follow the company’s policies and procedures
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Stay up to date on industry trends and developments
