We are looking for a Client Service Representative at Quest Diagnostics who has excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others. Our ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a desire to build relationships with clients.The Client Service Representative will be responsible for providing administrative and customer service support to the Quest Diagnostics team. This person will be the face of the company, representing our brand and our commitment to delivering the highest quality customer service. Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Greet customers in person or via phone in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the system.
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and recommend improvements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a positive customer service experience.
- Provide feedback to management about customer service issues and suggest solutions.
- Remain knowledgeable about company products and services.
- Research and provide answers to customer questions.
