
Client Service Representative
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Client Service Representative to join the Quest Diagnostics team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the face of the organization, acting as the point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction and increasing customer loyalty.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a strong knowledge of the healthcare industry. You should be able to problem solve and think quickly on your feet. Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Quest Diagnostics customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Monitor customer inquiries, resolve issues, and answer questions.
- Gather customer feedback and suggest strategies to improve customer experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Implement and monitor customer loyalty programs.
- Stay abreast of changes in the healthcare industry and suggest strategies to stay competitive.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and update customer records in the system.
- Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to quickly and effectively address customer issues.
