At Quest Diagnostics, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Client Service Representative who has the necessary qualifications to ensure the best care for our customers. We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing exemplary customer service and is knowledgeable in the medical field. The Client Service Representative will be the customer's first point of contact and must be able to provide accurate information in a friendly and professional manner.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. He or she must also be able to build and maintain relationships with customers, prioritize tasks, and be comfortable with technology. Responsibilities for Client Service Representative:

-Greet and provide assistance to customers in a friendly and professional manner

-Answer customer inquiries accurately and in a timely fashion -Provide information about products and services -Process customer orders and payments -Resolve customer complaints and concerns -Maintain customer records and relationships -Prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment -Utilize technology to process customer orders -Maintain a high level of knowledge in the medical field -Adhere to company policies and procedures
