Job Description

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our dynamic and customer-focused team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing a superior customer service experience and is committed to excellence. This position is ideal for an organized, analytical, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage their time effectively. They should also have a strong aptitude for learning and using new technologies. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, but not required.If you possess the required qualifications and have a genuine desire to contribute to our team, we want to hear from you!
