Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and register patients in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Address patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services.
  3. Collect patient insurance information and enter it into the system.
  4. Answer patients’ questions regarding insurance coverage and payment options.
  5. Process patient payments and ensure accuracy of billing information.
  6. Resolve patient complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
  7. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
  8. Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
  9. Follow established protocols and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of patient requests.
