
Client Service Representative

- Greet and register patients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Address patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services.
- Collect patient insurance information and enter it into the system.
- Answer patients’ questions regarding insurance coverage and payment options.
- Process patient payments and ensure accuracy of billing information.
- Resolve patient complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Follow established protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of patient requests.
